Designing DFW starts back on the air this weekend and what a great show it will be!!

My segment Shopping Is My Cardio celebrates National Friendship Day with inspirational ways to spend time with friends.  I gathered up my posse and had a blast shooting this segment!
The feature starts with pampering at Mokara Spa in the Omni Downtown Dallas, then off to
Helen Ficalora to find that perfect gift for a friend and finally, delicious sushi at Blue Fish!
