I was also really impressed with Cargo's Swimmables collection. When appearing to wear no makeup, the last thing you need is to have raccoon eyes getting out of the water, right? The swimmable collection has water resistant Eye Liners and Blush and Mascara that stay put waterskiing all day.
Another favorite….the Cargo HD Bronzer which doesn't streak and leaves a natural matte finish that defines the cheekbone beautifully. CARGO COSMETICS isn't new….it was just new to me.
